Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Methods

We use Royal Mail for small Internal UK Deliveries and UPS for larger orders. International Deliveries are dispatched via UPS. All delivery services used to deliver packages to our customers require a signature upon delivery.
All International deliveries are tracked and require signature upon receipt.

Shipping Rates

All shipments are processed for delivery after complete payment. Delivery charges are competitively priced via UPS or Royal Mails current pricing tarifs based on weight of items.
All Shipping is delivered using SIGNED for RECORDED DELIVERY.

Prices quoted are for Standard Service and may not include insurance to cover damage or loss.

Returns & Replacements

Please read through these terms carefully. Many products sold be Le-vapwholesale such as E-liquids and clearomisers are EXEMPT from the Consumer Contracts (formerly distance selling) regulations and therefore non returnable. This also applies to B2B customers who as a business customer, purchases made under the Contract will not benefit from the same statutory protection available to consumers under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) and other related consumer legislation. Please check listings carefully for indication of return status. No contract shall be cancelled once accepted by the Seller nor shall any Goods which are delivered in accordance with the contract be returned without the Companys prior written authorisation. Authorisation will be issued upon receipt, from the Buyer of proof of purchase, details of defect and Stock code of defective items. The Company will give the Buyer a return of material authorisation number in relation to authorised returns. Duly authorised returns shall be sent to the Companys Premises at the Buyers expense and must be clearly marked externally with the RMA Number.

Unless the Seller at its discretion decides otherwise, if the Seller agrees to accept the return of any such Goods then,

(1) A Goods return number must be obtained from the Seller and be clearly shown on the returned parcels and must be returned with the original manufacturers packaging (which shall not be defaced) complete with any accessories, manuals and documentation. E-liquids cannot be returned regardless of their unopened status. (There are no exceptions) Except in the case of faulty Goods, returned items not complying with these requirements may be rejected.
(2) The Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying any damage to the Goods returned where such damage has, in the opinion of the Seller, been caused by the Goods being inadequately packaged by the Buyer or through the Buyers fault.
(3) Where the Seller accepts the return of Goods after 7 days, the Seller reserves the right to make a handling and restocking charge of 25% on Goods which are returned if they were ordered in error or are no longer required by the Buyer. This does not apply to special orders.

Any claim by the Buyer which is based on any defect in the quality or condition of the Goods or their failure to correspond with the specification shall (whether or not delivery is refused by the Buyer) be notified to the Seller within 7 days from the date of delivery or (where the defect or failure was not apparent on reasonable inspection) within a reasonable time after discovery of the defect or failure. If delivery is not refused and the Buyer does not notify the Seller accordingly, the Buyer shall not be entitled to reject the Goods and the Seller shall have no liability for such defect or failure, and the Buyer shall be bound to pay the price as if the Goods had been delivered in accordance with the terms of the contract.

Where any valid claim in respect of any of the Goods which is based on any defect in the quality or conditions of the Goods or their failure to meet specification is notified to the Seller in accordance with these conditions, the Seller shall be entitled to replace the Goods (or any part thereof) free of charge or at the Sellers sole discretion, refund to the Buyer the price of the Goods (or a proportionate part of the price), but the Seller shall have no further liability to the Buyer.

The Seller shall not give any credit for returned Goods where the Seller deems the Goods not to be faulty unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Seller.

Any Goods in respect of which any claim of defect or damage is made by the Buyer shall be preserved by the Buyer intact together with the original packaging at the Buyers risk and shall at the request of the Seller be: (a) retained by the Buyer for a reasonable period to enable the Seller or its agent to inspect the Goods; or (b) collected from the Buyer by the Seller if the Goods are defective.

Goods not featured in the Sellers catalogue are not be subject to the normal returns policy and instructions for return should be confirmed with the Seller before returning.

These terms shall not apply to any goods made to the Buyers specifications.

Ordering

Le-vap uses a live database to keep stock levels accurate and up to date - using our website will allow you to order items as if you are in one of our shops. If items are out of stock you can on many items (not all) back-order and you will be notified that these items are to be back ordered. These items will be dispatched as soon as they arrive back in stock.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment is required upon immediate purchase of goods. We use BACS as a preferred method of payment. If you are paying from outside of the UK or in Euro's please ensure you select the correct BACS account as shown on the payment page - you can see the Euro prices by selecting the currency tab at the top left of every page.

All transactions including all account information and data are secured using the Https protocol which is indicated by the lock icon in the address bar of your browser. Le-Vapwholesale website is a 100% secure site using 256bit encryption across all pages.

Viewing Orders

To view orders you must be logged in to your user account. Any orders you make are stored in a secure database - you can view your orders in your dashboard under My Account

Updating Account Information

Your account dashboard is where you can add or change addresses, change details, and repeat previous orders so please make sure that you keep your password safe and secure. If you have forgotten your pasword you can click on the forgotten password link and a new password will be mailed to your registered e-mail address.

Please ensure that you follow the payment details exactly as shown on the payment page. Le-vapwholesale will not be responsible for payments made to the wrong account. Always logoff from your account to keep your account secure.
